MONA COLO MANGKA, 59

The immediate family of MONA CALO MANGKA of Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao del Sur, expresses their heartfelt thanks and gratitude to their relatives, friends and all those who condoled with them at the time of their bereavement and sorrow for the loss of their loved one MONA COLO MANGKA who passed away after battling a lingering illness, at the age of 59.

A copy of the Death Certificate furnished to RSP with registry number 2018-1217 issued by the Local Registrar of Iligan City, Lanao del Norte, revealed that the deceased MANGKA died on June 20, 2018 due to the immediate cause of MULTIORGAN FAILURE, antecedent cause of ACUTE MYELONEOUS LEUKEMIA and underlying cause of METASTATIC BRAIN MALIGNANCY.

She is survived by her husband HADJI NOOR M. GAUS and close relatives.

As a practicing Muslim, the decease' remains was buried in accordance with Islamic rites and traditions at a Muslim Cemetery in Sigayan, Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao del Norte.
