In compliance with Section 5 of R.A. No. 10172, a notice is hereby Served to the public that ALANODEN M. BAO has filed with this Office a Petition for Change of Sex from Female to Male in Certificate of Live Birth of ALANODEN M. BAO who was born on August 27, 1990 at Butig, Lanao del Sur and whose parents are NASRODEN SINAR BAO and NAMRAIDA A. MANGACOP.

Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his written opposition with this Office not later than the last day of this publication.
