ALI RAISA MAMAILAO, 53

The immediate family of ALI RAISA MAMAILAO of Buayaan, Ditsan Ramain, Lanao del Sur, expresses their heartfelt thanks and gratitude to their relatives, friends and all those who condoled with them at the time of their bereavement and sorrow for the loss of their loved one ALI RAISA MAMAILAO who passed away on October 13, 2017 at San Lorenzo Hospital, Barangay Pasong Putik, Quezon City, after battling a lingering illness, at the age of 53 years.

The death certificate issued by the Office of the Civil Registrar of Quezon City revealed that the death of ALI RAISA MAMAILAO was caused by Acute Myocardial Infarction and Hypertensive Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease.

As a practicing Muslim, the decease' remains was buried in accordance with Islamic rites and traditions at Buayaan Ditsaan Ramain Cemetery, Lanao del Sur. - RSP
