Lanao Sur town lady mayor leads relief goods delivery in Bacolod Kalawi

The Local Government Unit (LGU) of the municipality of Bacolod-Kalawi in the province of Lanao del Sur has initially distributed 2,832 relief goods as of Monday to household families in the municipality in response to the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) amid the pandemic Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
Municipal Mayor Nora L. Dipatuan and her better half Sultan Diarangan Dipatuan of Bacolod Grande have been leading all the way the distribution of relief goods to the residents in cooperation with the Barangay Local Government Units (BLGU) officials led by their respective chairmen and other government agencies and offices.
Mayor Dipatuan made mention of the cooperation of the Ministry of Social Welfare and Development (MSWD), the Municipal Disaster Risk and Reduction Managemen Office (MDRRMO), the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), the Philippine National Police (PNP) led by PCPT Timothy Jim M. Romanillios, and the Philippine Army (PA) led by 1LT Rodwin M. Biloza (INF) PA, Commanding Officer of Alpha (AUDAX) Company, 551B, 1ID.
"We hope that everyone will cooperate in our efforts to save our town from this pandemic virus," the lady mayor said. She also advised her constituents to "Please observe the 14-day quarantine and help us save lives" as their respective barangay officials will be coordinating them for more information.
Dipatuan expressed her gratitude to all for their cooperation and support in the fight against the spread and local transmission of the deadly COVID-19 and in seeing to it that the utmost welfare of the entire citizenry is taken care of.
