Lanao Sur's town mayor distributes reliefs, gains praises from residents

Mayor Nihara Macabando Panandigan of Mulondo municipality has received praises from her constituents for her active program of actions amid the deadly Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) including the distribution of relief goods to various barangays (villages) and the releasing of Quarantine Clearances to Persons Under Monitoring (PUM) after undergoing isolated quarantine in her municipality.

Residents of Barangays Buadinsuba and Lilod Mulondo among others have expressed gratitude to the lady mayor. "Thank you for the rice and groceries and other items," they said. They also thanked the respective chairmen of the different barangays.
Qurantine Clearance issued
Together with the Mulondo Rural Health Unit (RHU) headed by Dr. Noraida S. Dima and the Sangguniang Bayan Committee on Health chaired by Amen Panandigan Mala, the lady mayor also spearheaded the distribution of QUARANTINE CLEARANCE to PUMs in the town after completing a 14-day Isolation Quarantine.
Panandigan expressed thanks to the Mulondo Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by chief of Police PCPT Macabantog A. Batao, Jr., in providing police assistance during the distribution of QUARANTINE CLEARANCE.
She also thanked all those who have been supportive to the fight against COVID-19, including the Sangguniang Bayan, the RHU, the PNP, the MDRRMO, and the BLGU.
"Lahat po tayo ay manalangin na sana magtagumpay tayong lahat sa paglaban sa Covid-19. Ipagpatuloy po natin ang ating pakikiisa sa laban na ito at wag niyo po kaming iiwanan. Tulungan niyo po ang LGU Mulondo. Laban e-Mulondon!," Mayor Panandigan said.
"Maraming maraming salamat sa inyong taos pusong pagsuporta," added the mayor.
Mulondo IATF COVID-19
The Mulondo Inter-agency Task Force (IATF) against COVID-19 is strengthening its ranks and has so far been actively involved in securing the well-being of the local populace.
The Task Force COVID-19 is chaired by Mayor Panandigan with Dr. Dima as co-chair and Councilor Mala as vice-chairperson, with Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (MDRRMO,) the Rural Health Unit (RHU,) the philippine National Police (PNP) and other government line agencies.
