NCMF thanks ASA Philippines for its assistance to Marawi village folks

MARAWI CITY: The National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) expressed gratitude to the ASA Philippines Foundation, Inc. in its program for the benefits of the Muslim Filipinos apparently referring to the sanitary toilets it turned over to the constituents of Barangay Cabasaran, this city, and to other Muslim localities in the country.

Representing NCMF, Ms. Yasmin Alonto Naga thanked the Foundation for its programs for the benefits of the Muslim Filipinos during the turnover on Saturday, September 29 of 74 sanitary toilets to the constituents of Barangay Cabasaran in this city.

She recalled that two years ago the foundation and the commission have entered into an agreement as partners in implementing the ASA projects for the Muslims especially on microfinance because the NCMF is also promoting microfinanceing

Naga enjoined the benficiaries to take care of the donated sanitary toilets as it is being said that this is along Islamic teaching. - RSP
