Lanao Sur Board member pushes for support to Duterte's federal movement

MARAWI CITY, Lanao del Sur: Board member Abdulhamid U. Amerbitor representing Lanao del Sur district 2 pushed for support to the federalism campaign of President Duterte so that we can catch up with the progress and development of other regions in the country.

In a message during the turnover ceremony of 74 sanitary toilets by the ASA Philippines Foundation, Inc. to Barangay Cabasaran, Marawi City here Saturday, September 29, Amerbitor said if ARMM is the poorest region in the country, it is because of the unitary system of government in which ARMM is very far from Manila, the seat of government.

The provincial board member also also urged to support Duterte's wars against (illegal) drugs, corruptions, insurgency, and poverty.

He then thanked ASA Philippnes "who are here to help the Muslims in the Philippines" as both Bangladesh and the Phuilippines shared the same problems. - RSP
