Princess Kiram represents VP Binay in UNA-Lanao del Sur assembly

MARAWI CITY, October 16 — Princess Jacel Kiram represented Vice President Jejomar Binay in the general assembly of the United Nationalist Alliance-Lanao del Sur (UNA-LDS) held at the City Hall Compound here Thursday.

Kiram who is running for senator under the umbrealla of UNA, said that if she win she will help strengthen the fight to pass the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL). "Magsisilbi akong boses ng mga Muslim sa senado," she pointed out.

She asked the Maranaos for an assurance if she will have a number one vote in Lanao del Sur. On her message, she also asked doe support for the Vice President Jejomar Binay who will run as President .

"Our Vice President Binay has a vision to help the Muslims. Hangad nya po ang pag - Angat ng mga Muslim sa Pilipinas,". Kiram stressed .

The assembly was held immediately after the UNA Lanao del Sur slates had filed their Certificates of Candidacy (COCs).
