Senator Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa has recently extended relief goods to students who are stranded in the Mindanao State University (MSU) main campus in Marawi City amid the enhanced community quarantine imposed by the government.
The MSU Marawi-Office of Information, Press and Publication (OIPP) said in an FB post that MSU System President Dr. Habib W. Macaayong personally led other university officials in receiving the senator's assistance to stranded students in the campus.
OIPP said Dela Rosa sent 165 bags (25 kls./bag) of rice, 38 cartons of canned sardines, and 100 cartons of instant noodles to MSU which were transported through the help of the Philippine National Police (PNP) in Marawi and PNP in Northern Mindanao or Region 10.
The University Crisis Management Committee and the MSU Supreme Student Government will be facilitating the distribution of the relief goods, added OIPP.
