OPAPP clarifies supposed list of BTA nominees

ILIGAN CITY: Reacting on the supposed list of nominees of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA) circulating on social media, the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPPAP) said there was not yet final and official list of appointees for the BTA. 

"Hence, the list being circulated on various social media platforms is fake," it emphasized.

OPPAP said it had already transmitted the list of nominees to the Office of the President for review. 

The final and official names of appointees will only come from the President, it added.

OPPAP advises the public to be prudent and judicious about what they see and share on social media.
