Dubai-based university confers Dr. Pangandaman doctor of education honoris causa

MARAWI CITY, Lanao del Sur: Another Maranao professional brought home an accomplishment in the field of education that every Maranao should be proud of.

In her facebook account, Dr. Noraida Mecampong, PhD, posted a welcome and congratulations to Dr. Normillah Sumigay R. Pangandaman, PhD, EdD, the schools division superintendent of Lanao del Sur-I, who went to the United Arab Emirates.

In her post, Mecampong said Pangandaman, was conferred the degree of Doctor of Education (Honoris Causa) by the Commonwealth University in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and granted as well a Master Class Certificate in Business Management and Leadership by London Graduate School. - RSP
