Cotabato City (February 17, 2016)- Governor Mujiv Hataman of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) led the inauguration on Monday of the P12.7 million Ramain bridge in the municipality of Bubong in Lanao del Sur.
The 61.36-meter composite concrete-steel bridge has a 20-44-ton vehicle capacity and connects the city of Marawi to the municipalities of Masiu and Bubong. It was originally constructed in 1969 and was rehabilitated under the auspices of the Provincial Government of Lanao del Sur through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the ARMM’s Department of Public Work and Highways (DPWH).
