A SUPERVISORY DEVELOPMENT COURSE IN CSC-ARMM

Supervisory Development Course (SDC) is designed for those middle managers, first line supervisors, would be supervisors and other employees performing supervisory functions.

It is a series of training that aims to enhance the quality of supervisors and supervisors wanna be to ensure sustainability efforts directed towards employee empowerment and to do job effectively and efficiently with uphold manner that could motivates staff to show up with their maximum enthusiasm.

Last May 19-23, 2014, the CSC-ARMM conducted Supervisory Development Course- Track 1 "The New Supervisors: Making A Difference" at Pearlmont Inn, Limketkai Drive, Cagayan de Oro City. It was attended by supervisor's government service within ARMM region.

The CSC shall realize its vision of being "Asian's leading center of excellence for strategic Human Resource (HR) and Organization Development (OD)" by 2030.
