As an educational manager, it is my responsibility to pro-create an effective school where meaning learning takes place. As no child should be left behind so to speak, every child has a right for a good education.
Dilausan Primary School is in earnest to provide optimum learning environment. As mandated by the Department of Education, the crafting of School Improvement Plan (SIP), where all the school profile and significant data to focus on key goals and strategies helped our school to be more effective and efficient. With the school’s vision and mission as a guide, It has marked the pathways to gear towards the attainment of DepED thrusts and programs to attain quality education.
Dilausan Primary School is 4 kilometers away from the Municipal Hall, catering to 103 pupils with two (2) active teachers, and one (1) principal. The area has an estimated population of 725 excluding the presence of IDPs households. As our community belongs to a rural area, the means of livelihood mostly relies on agricultural industry whose main focus is copra, rice, corn and vegetable production and fruits.
Since only few among our populace are educated, mostly are illiterate and poor, absolutely there is a very challenging task for us to imbibe learning most especially to the learners at hand being the future leaders of our society.
To date, the school manage to maintain the school the programs in accordance with and as prescribed by the DepEd, the Division, and the District. Just to inform you all that Dilausan Primary School has been finding means to put up a perimeter fence just to protect the school properties and its learners and teachers’ belongings as indicated in our SIP and AIP and to acquire a school building.
