DATELINE ILIGAN. SP ENDORSES BENITEZ FOR FULL-FLEDGE PNP CITY DIRECTOR
The Sangguning Panlungsod (SP) endorsed last Tuesday to the higher authorities of the Philippine National Police (PNP) the appointment of Police Sr. Superintendent Raul Benitez as full-fledge City Director of Iligan.
The endorsement was made through a mass motion as all the SP members agreed to the efforts of Benitez in maintaining peace and order in the City through his very active participation in the moves of the Crime and Calamity Action Team (CCAT) created by Acting Mayor Ruderic C. Marzo.
It was gathered that based on the comparative report of the Iligan City Police Office (ICPO) crime incidence dropped since the month of May 2015 up to the present or during the period that Benitez has assumed as the Acting City Director of Iligan. –The New Ranao Star –
