Taraka hits it again

ALHAMDULILLAH. To God be the glory. 

THE municipality of Taraka in Lanao del Sur has hit another home run again after making it on the 2019 Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) List of Awardees. 

This year is totally remarkable for the locals as they have already bagged two awards (SGEG 2019 and SGLG 2019) in a row -- all thanks to the extensive efforts of the proactive and hardworking leaders, Mayor Nashiba U. Gandamra-Sumagayan and Vice Mayor Atty. Amenodin U. Sumagayan. 

The achievement has been realized with the cooperation of all stakeholders especially the young and self-driven Municipalo Local Government Operation Officer (MLGOO), Ms. Zenobia P. Hadji Noor; and all the key officials (Department Heads, SB Members, Barangay Officials, LGU Employees and Staff, and the different Line Agencies and Sectors) and, "of course, to the whole constituency of Taraka to whom we dedicate this award."

"Our teamwork and unity have proven once again that nothing can’t be achieved with everyone’s cooperation and profound determination to uplift the lives of the constituents of Taraka," said Taraka's Facebook page.
