9 hurt in Marawi City mishap

MARAWI CITY: A vehicular accident involving a white Isuzu Hilton bus and a black Kawasaki motorized tricycle occurred here Sunday morning which injured all their 9 passengers including the drivers.
Police report said the accident happened in Barangay (village) Biaba Damag, this city at 6:30 a.m. on Sunday while the Isuzu Hilton coming from the MSU Main campus going downtown lost brake near King Faisal Center and bumped the motorized tricycle on the opposite lane.
Case in charge SPO3 Ali G Rangiris of Lanao del Sur Police Provincial Office (LDSPPO) said both drivers and their passengers sustained injuries and rushed to Amai Pakpak Medical Center for medical treatment.
Rangiris identified the driver of the Isuzu Hilton with plate no. JDF 151 as Baguinda Monaim Datu while its passengers were Alfarhan C. Awal, Norsannah Manalocon, Sharief Saima, Jamaica C. Bagul and Norjaham B. Buat.
The bumped motorized tricycle with plate number Temp 1001-188569, was driven by Abdulkhair C. Comara and its passengers were Saidamin Bubung and Abdullah Maomin, said Rangiris. (RSOY/RSP)
