IPHO-LDS delivers bright smiles to Lanao del Sur folks

Guided with the mission and vision of Department Of Health in ensuring a cavity-free community and a future of children with bright smiles, the Integrated Provincial Health Office - Lanao Del Sur (IPHO-LDS) headed by Dr. Alinader D. Minalang, provincial health Officer II, conducted a two-day Dental Mission activity at the Municipalities of Wao and Bumbaran last August 23 and 24, 2016.

The activity catered dental services to the locals of Wao and Bumbaran with the perseverance of the IPHO personnel to alleviate the clamor of the people of Lanao due to Dental problems.

The IPHO gave its utmost efforts in providing dental services and served 221 clients, 118 of which were tooth extractions, 81 oral exams, 12 oral prophylaxis, 6 pits and fissure sealant, and 4 restorative or pasta.

The program was successfully concluded.

Now the IPHO-LDS is a step closer to having a future with bright smiles coming from our boss, the good people of Lanao del Sur.
