The OIC-Schools Division Superintendent of Marawi City may now disburse funds.
Through Office Order No. MO-028, Series of 2016, DepEd-ARMM Regional Secretary Dr. John C. Magno authorized OIC-Schools Division Superintendent Pharida L. Sansarona, Ph. D. of Marawi City Division to disburse funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules.
The OIC-Schools Division Superintendent of Marawi City may now disburse funds.
Through Office Order No. MO-028, Series of 2016, DepEd-ARMM Regional Secretary Dr. John C. Magno authorized OIC-Schools Division Superintendent Pharida L. Sansarona, Ph. D. of Marawi City Division to disburse funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules.
According to the said Order, the authority is given to facilitate the release of January 2016 MOOE Funds of Marawi City Division.
The authority carries with it the responsibility to submit liquidation reports of the previous MOOE to the Regional Office on regular basis in order to facilitate the release of succeeding MOOEs of the Division.
It was learned that there has been problems in the release of the MOOEs of the Schools Division in the past and this was complicated by the continuous stay of the former Schools Division Superintendent despite her compulsory retirement effective October 18, 2013.
Earlier Magno warned personnel of the Marawi Division of City Schools to stop dealing with the retired Schools Division Superintendent.
