Lawyer Jesus G. Dureza, head of the Philippine Press Institute, left for Paris Thursday to be a resource person in the global forum on the safety and protection of journalists worldwide.
Dureza told the The New Ranao Star that the forum is convened by UNESCO on February 5, 2016 in Paris, France that will gather together around 250 participants.
A follow through session to craft an action plan the following day, Feb. 6 has also requested Dureza to give inputs.
Dureza is also the publisher of the daily Mindanao Times in Davao City. TNRS
