MARAWI CITY, October 16 -- Former City Councilor Rayhana “Rayray” Rinabor Lazim filed her Certificate of Candidacy (COC) for the Marawi City Council on Friday, October 16 at the local office of the Commission on Elections (Comelec).
Rayray, as she is fondly called by her friends and relatives, is running under the PDP-Laban under the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA).
UNA-PDP-Laban in Marawi City is led by former City Mayor Omar Solitario Ali who is running for city mayor.
Sultan Fahad “Pre” Salic, incumbent city mayor, is UNA’s standard bearer for the Lanao del Sur provincial gubernatorial post.
Candidates under UNA in Marawi are committed for its theme, “A TEAM FOR BETTER MARAWI.
