With new policies promulgated by its department heads, Lanao del Sur Electric Cooperative (Lasureco) is determined to revitalize the ailing power provider and determined to provide its consumers the electricity they need,

This early, Lasureco has already registered an increase in collection.

Acting General Manager Soler Mutia said in a recent flag ceremony that target collection is more than achieved and he thanked the sincere cooperation of all department respective personnel for the accomplishment.

Mutia also said that services to the consumers are improved. This is manifested, he said, for having less consumers’ complaints than before.

Mutia said complaints drastically reduced. “This means,” he said, “consumers satisfaction is is felt.”

Mutia also said that of the many problems the new Task Force Lasureco (TFL) inherited from previous managements, only a few are not yet identified. “The rest,” he said, “are already known to us.”

Problems from illegal connections, to meter-tampering, to non-remittance of collection and others.
