Lasureco should not be blamed for the frequent brownouts

MARAWI CITY– Neither the Lasureco nor the NGCP should be fully blamed for the frequent brownouts incurring in the host community and other area of coverage of LANAO DEL Sur Electric Cooperative (Lasureco.)

According to a media leader who prefers unnamed, the consumers have also responsibilityfor the brownouts which are caused by electrical tripping because of trees touching the transmission lines intentionally planted below them.

NGCP and Lasureco are negotiating the tree planters and it is hoped they shall consider if only the welfare of the public.
