Principal Disomangcop leads BIBBCES’ BSP-GSP encampment

School Principal Namraida D. Disomangcop led the BSP-GSP Encampment of Bae Inomba Blo Bacara Central Elementary School (BIBBCES) on October 12-15 at the central school’s quadrangle in Dayawan, Marawi City.

With the theme, “Brothers and Sisters Round the World,” the opening program was attended by city division dignitaries.

It was started with an Invocation made by Ustad Saadodin Morad.

It was followed by a Color Ceremony by selected BSP Scouters, and a Rededication to the GSP/BSP Scouts Promise and Law in Unison by selected GSP/BSP Scouter.

Leading the scouting activity, BIBBCES school principal Namraida D. Disomangcop gave an inspiring Welcome and Opening Remarks.

Then, an Exhibition was performed by BIBBCES Band and Buggles.

Another inspiring Message by Hadji Mandia, Executive Council of LDS and Marawi City, followed.

Musrifa S. Basmala, BSP Adult Leader, and Ellfa A. Ali, GSP Adult Leader, made the presentation and recognition of the BSP and GSP respectively.

Confirmation and messages were respectively given by Division Supervisor Bedaria Nesren Corot, BSP Coordinator; and Division Supervisor Omaimah Daluma, GSP Coordinator.

Then followed by the awaited Message of West District Supervisor Faida “Pecson” Sumndad Barodi.

The Opening Ceremony was a success due to the able emceeing of Aisah C. Calo and Nafisah A. Mahmod (Adult Leader).

Day 1 (October 12, 2014) was also for the Scouts in Settling Down.

On Day 2 (October 13, 2014 ) at 9:00 a.m., there was a Parade around the community. Between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon,

The main events began. A brief opening program was followed by a Fancy Drill Contest, Song and Yells Contest.

Lunch and Lohor Prayer Break preceded the continuation of the events.

At 1:00-3:00 p.m., were Boom Fire with Torch parade contests. And at 3:00-4:00 pm was Cultural Presentation Contest.

On Day 3 (October 14, 2014), it was a Wash Up at 6:00-7:00 a.m.

From 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon, were Basic First Aid Contest, Knot Tying Contest, and On the Spot Drawing Contest.

After the Lunch break and Lohor prayer, Parlor Games, Egg-Relay, Sack Race, Oral Message Relay were the Contests done from 1:00-3:00 p.m.

An Open House in Camp Contest was done at 3:00-5:00 p.m.

Day 4 (October 15, 2014) was highlighted with Hataw (from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m.), Closing Ceremony and Awarding of Winners (8:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon).

Finally, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. was cleanliness of Camps and School Surrounding.
