NGCP, MINDANAO SANITARIUM HOLD MEDICAL MISSION IN MARIA CRISTINA
Over a hundred indigent patients from the different Puroks of Barangay Maria Cristina were served in the whole day affair.
The patients were welcomed by NGCP Lanao Area Head Engineer Avelino Q. Dawis who emphasized that the activity is one of the activities that the Company undertakes every now and then to its host communities.
Mindanao Maintenance and Operations Head Emmanuel Abellanosa also give a short talk to the crowd of patients waiting for their turn to be examined by the doctors from MNSHCF.
As NGCP does during its outreach programs, Transmission Line Engineer Walter Bayron gave a briefing on Transmission Line Safety.
District Security Officer Richard Maningo briefed the crowd also of its anti-pilferage campaign emphasizing the law against pilferage of electrical transmission materials and the corresponding penalties of offenders.
A representative of MNSHCF also gave an orientation on Health Awareness.
The patients were given free medicines after undergoing physical examinations.
