LDSPPO, AMPC to report patients with physical injury

BARANGAY SABER, Marawi City: Lanao del Sur Police Provincial Office (LDSPPO), Marawi City Police Office (MCPO) and Amai Pakpak Medical Center (APMC) have agreed to report patients with serious and less-serious physical injuries as required by law and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to that effect.

Sr. Supt. Madzgani M. Mukaram, LDSPPO chief, Supt. Thomas P. Pantaleon, MCPO chief, and Dr. Shalimar Sani-Rakiin, APMC head signed the MOU on Thursday at the APMC Conference Room here that set out a framework of cooperation and collaboration to launch a system of monitoring and reporting of all persons treated for serious and less-serious physical injuries as defined under the Revised Penal Code.

The MOU also defined the role of the PNP and the medical center with regards to patients with serious and less-serious physical injuries.

AMPC which is located in Barangay (Village) Saber, this city is the biggest government hospital in the cities of Iligan and Marawi and the provinces of Lanao del Norte and Lanao del Sur. (RSP)
