
In a memorandum issued on Thursday, Dr. Habib W. Macaayong, MSU president, said:
"In view of the enhanced Community Quarantine in the entire country pursuant to Presidential Proclamation 929 s. 2020, declaring the Philippines under a State of Calamity due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and with utmost consideration of the welfare of all the students, faculty members and staff of this university, all alternative learning activities including on-line classes and other forms of distance learning/teaching undertakings are hereby suspended."
Macaayong said all previous issuances inconsistent with this memorandum are revoked.
